From a plan to a loaf
Say when you want bread. It works out the rest.

One bake, start to finish
An example plan. Yours is worked out from your own starter and kitchen.
Feed the starter
27 g starter, 54 g flour, 54 g water.
At its peak
Ready half an hour before you mix.
Mix
Flour and water first, then the starter.
Bulk
Four hours on one clock, with the folds inside.
Shape
Pre-shape, a rest on the bench, then the final shape.
Into the fridge
A cold proof overnight.
Out of the oven
Scored, baked, and written down.
A plan, day by day
Swipe from today to tomorrow to the morning it comes out.
The plan works backwards from the oven. It says when to feed, what to weigh for the feed, and reminds you for both.

Every stage, timed
One clock for each step. It rings when it's time.
Bulk is one clock with the folds inside it. If the kitchen warms up, the time that is left is worked out again.

Across the kitchen
Prop an iPad on the counter, and the bake is big enough to read from the sink.

With floury hands
Siri
Log a feeding or ask how long is left, without touching the phone.
Widgets and the Lock Screen
The running step and its clock, with a button for the next one.
Apple Watch
The jar on your wrist, and the bake clock beside it.
What went wrong?
Every loaf teaches the next.
Each loaf is read against its own log, with the likely cause and one thing to change. Then bake it again with that change filled in.

And the small things
